How long does the Mailcow deployment take?

Several minutes - your mail server is ready as soon as the one-click installer finishes. It sets up every Docker container and the initial configuration automatically, and once your DNS points to the server, Mailcow fetches its Let's Encrypt certificates on its own.

Can I migrate my existing emails to Mailcow?

Yes! Mailcow supports IMAP migration. You can import mailboxes from Gmail, Outlook, or any other IMAP-compatible provider using the built-in migration tool in the admin dashboard.

What about email deliverability?

Great deliverability starts with DNS, and you stay in full control of it. Mailcow generates your DKIM key; add your MX, SPF and DMARC records at your registrar and set rDNS for your server IP, and every message you send is fully authenticated.

How many emails can I send per day?

There are no artificial limits from ZentisLabs. Your sending capacity depends on your VPS plan's resources and the receiving servers' rate limits.
